How to Change Plan

Instructions for plan changes for existing Rogers customers 

There have been recent changes in the process for migrating to a corporate plan Rogers must now validate your employment by having you visit the following website:
https://secure.rogersdirect.ca/acctmigration

When you add your corporate email address, you will receive an automated response e-mail from noreply@rogersdirect.com.  Please forward the response and attach the current Rogers flyer to Business.ID@rci.rogers.com from the same corporate e-mail address they used to register on the website.

Within 5 to 7 business days, your credentials will be validated and a Rogers’s representative will contact you to complete the price plan change with them.  In the event that you do not have a corporate e-mail address you can use your own private email but will be required to submit another form of proof of employment.

For example: paystub, letter of employment on company letter head, email from a supervisor or manager from a corporate email address letting them know you are a full time employee.
